Description
The IDT70V9199/099L is a high-speed, 3.3V, 128K x 9/x8 synchronous pipelined dual-port static RAM. It features true dual-ported memory cells that allow simultaneous access to the same memory location. The device operates at a high clock speed of 9ns (max) and has a low power consumption of 500mW (typ) in active mode and 1.5mW (typ) in standby mode. The IDT70V9199/099L offers both Flow-Through and Pipelined output modes on either port, allowing for flexible data access. It also has dual chip enables for depth expansion without additional logic.
