Description
The UC37131, UC37132, and UC37133 are smart power switches that can drive resistive or inductive loads from the high side or low side. They operate from 8V to 65V and feature overload and short circuit protection, power interruption protection, a 6V regulated voltage, and 2mA quiescent current. The UC37132 offers programmable overcurrent and power interruption protection, as well as 1% to 30% programmable input comparator hysteresis. Both high side and low side configurations provide high current switching with low saturation voltages.
