LED drivers with the enhanced 324-BGA package will be able to drive a variety of common LEDs with ease.In this package, the receiver is mounted in the Tray format.Since this part is a Transceiver can transceiver, a number of solutions have been able to utiliTransceivere it for various purposes.Ideally, you should place this wide receiver on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.Power supply for this differential driver is 1.5V 1.8V.It is possible to have up to 2/2 receivers/drivers in use simultaneously with this electronic part.Optical transceiver package size is greatly reduced due to downsizing of the ICs and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies.
